In reply to 4242. Would not say the better, but a decent one. There's SuperTuxKart, SuperIndieKart, Sonic Robo Blast 2 Kart, Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing, Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed to only cite a few. Still fun to play, and miles better than the awful 3DS port.

Garfield Kart is the best kart game on PC imo, the handling is better than the Sonic kart racers.

Smurfs Kart is using the exact same engine and handling as Garfield Kart, just the IP is different. If you like Garfield, you’ll like the Smurfs version.
