Most of the video is some obnoxious guy droning on about how he wants Rockstar to hire him while interrupting himself with a bunch of pointless memes and pop culture references. I’m sure he’ll get lots of subscribers on YouTube from the younger generations that love that constant flash of things changing on the screen and constant bombardment of noise in their ears, but as for me I’ll pass…

As for the work he did, it looked good, but what was that comment at the end about it taking 8 hours to render a 10 second clip? What did he mean by “render”? As in a Blender render, or as in video encoding? It doesn’t take 8 hours to encode 10 seconds of video with an RTX 4090, so that suggests he meant render as in Blender, and if that’s the case rendering 10 seconds of a game scene taking 8 hours means it isn’t playable and thus isn’t really that useful beyond the bragging rights on YouTube. This kind of thing might be useful at a movie studio, but no one wants a video game that runs less than 1 FPS on an RTX 4090.

Come on John, this isn’t even real-time gameplay. This was just created and rendered in Unreal Engine. The guy even says at the end of the video that the 10 second clip of him walking around the Statue of Liberty took 8 hours to render on a 4090.
